Partner Gustavo Coelho and lawyer Fernando Naegele will participate in the release event of the book “Asset Recovery in Brazil and Abroad” on April 27, 2022. The event will be held at the Plenarium Evando Lins e Silva at the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ headquarters. The work was conducted by the Asset Recovery in International Fraud Section of the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ under the coordination of the colleagues Eduardo Bacal, Guilherme Kronemberg Hartmann, and Roberto Aragão. Gustavo and Fernando wrote the first chapter on “Recovery of crypto-assets held in Brazil and abroad”.
