Partner Gustavo Coelho lectured at the event “Economic Freedom Law: private law aspects” organized by Ibmec Law School – Barra da Tijuca .
On this occasion, Gustavo addressed the changes introduced by the Economic Freedom Law (Law No. 13.874/19) in corporate law and business registration.
