The partner Gustavo Flausino Coelho attended the event “Recovery of assets and rights concerning crypto assets in fraud and default of debtors” organized by the Asset Recovery in International Fraud Section of the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ, which took place on 08/06/2022 from 17:30 to 20hrs in the Plenary Evando Lins e Silva at the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ headquarters.
The panel included the speakers Courtnay Guimarães (Avanade Director and chief scientist of blockchain; doctoral student in computer science), Leonardo Chain de Oliveira (lawyer specializing in technology and intellectual property), Davi Marques (legal associate at Hashdex with experience in Banking and Capital Markets) and Arthur Gueiros (Regional Prosecutor of the MPF and professor of Criminal Law at UERJ).
Gustavo Flausino Coelho moderated the event together with Eduardo Braga Bacal, Mônica Gusmão and Maurício Galvão.
