On July 16, 2024, the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (“ANPD” or “Brazilian DPA”) extended the deadline for the submission of contributions in the Call for Contributions regarding the regulatory project on the processing of personal data of children and adolescents.
The Call for Contributions, analyzed in this newsletter, aims to collect opinions of various sectors of society for the development of the regulation on the processing of personal data of minors.
The Call for Contributions, which was initially set to end on July 17, had its deadline for submitting contributions on the Participa+ Brasil platform extended until August 17, 2024.
Our team is available for further clarification, as well as to advise on the procedures for complying with the regulatory obligations of the LGPD before the ANPD.
