Yesterday, on May 12, 2023, an article written by partner Gustavo Flausino Coelho and lawyer Fernando Naegele about the necessity of compliance with the LGPD by Software Houses was published on the website Jota – a Brazilian electronic newsletter specialized in legal topics.
The paper aims to review some of the main aspects of the LGPD and the obligations provided by the law.
