Partner Gustavo Coelho will participate in the event “Changes to Law No. 11101/2005 under the perspective of asset recovery on behalf of the debtor company” organized and promoted by the Asset Recovery in International Frauds Section of the Brazilian Bar Association.
Our partner will moderate the first panel of the day on the effectiveness of asset recovery in judicial reorganization and bankruptcy. The panel will feature Professor Cássio Cavalli, professor at FGV SP and founding partner of Cássio Cavalli Advogados.
