Partner Gustavo Flausino Coelho attended the event “Legal framework for startups: corporate and regulatory advances” organized by the Ibmec Law School, which took place on 06/07/2022 at 10am at the auditorium of Ibmec Barra da Tijuca.
The event featured the following lecturers: (i) Rafael Viola, lawyer and Ibmec professor, who approached the theme “Startups and Complementary Law no.182/21”; (ii) Carla Marshall, lawyer and Ibmec professor, who approached the theme “Corporate advances”; and (iii) Chicão Bulhões, former secretary of economic development, innovation and simplification of the city of Rio de Janeiro, who approached the theme “Regulatory sandbox in the city of Rio de Janeiro”.
