Partner Gustavo Coelho participated in the extraordinary session of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB) that approved the opinions of the Business Law Committee on the new Commercial Code Bill Proposal.
Gustavo Coelho presented, together with his colleagues from the Business Law Committee of the IAB and the Brazilian Bar Association, the opinions on the corporate and agribusiness provisions of the new Commercial Code Bill Proposal.
