The Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) opens a public consultation on arbitration clauses under the concession agreements for the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.
Consultation No. 24/2017 will last twenty days and the amendments to the arbitration clauses will be effective for future bidding rounds to be organized by the ANP.
