On May 23, 2024, the National Data Protection Authority (“ANPD” or “Brazilian DPA”) published the updated version of its Glossary of Data Protection and Privacy (“Glossary”).
The Glossary objective is to work as a reference repository, consolidating various interpretations of terms and concepts set forth in different standards and regulations issued by the ANPD.

Our team is available for further clarification, as well as to advise on the procedures for complying with the regulatory obligations of the LGPD before the Brazilian DPA.
