On January 16, 2024, the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (“Brazilian DPA” or “Authority”) announced that it has implemented a new electronic process system, called SUPER/ANPD. After this date, all Brazilian DPA’s administrative procedures will exclusively be processed through the new system.
Administrative procedures currently underway within the Authority have been migrated to the SUPER/ANPD system. However, all external users previously registered in the old system will need to create an account in the SUPER/ANPD system and request a new access to the transferred administrative processes. New administrative processes will be initiated directly in the new system.
Our team is available for further clarification, as well as to advise on the procedures for complying with the regulatory obligations of the LGPD before the Brazilian DPA.
