Partner Gustavo Coelho was interviewed by Folha de São Paulo in an article by Carlos Henrique Petrocilo about the potential joint venture between Flamengo Football Club and Banco de Brasília (BRB).
In this occasion, Gustavo commented on the corporate aspects of the Joint Venture operation, clarifying that ” It is possible to have a company for this purpose even with an association as shareholder, with the transfer of Flamengo’s receivables”.
