Partner Gustavo Flausino Coelho attended the Half-Year May Conference of the International Association of Young Lawyers (“AIJA”), held between May 18 and 21 in Gothenburg, Sweden. Partner Gustavo Coelho and lawyer Fernando Naegele will participate in the release event of the book “Asset Recovery in Brazil and Abroad” on April 27, 2022. The event will be held at the Plenarium Evando Lins e Silva at the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ headquarters. The work was conducted by the Asset Recovery in International Fraud Section of the Brazilian Bar Association/RJ under the coordination of the colleagues Eduardo Bacal, Guilherme Kronemberg Hartmann, and Roberto Aragão. Gustavo and Fernando wrote the first chapter on “Recovery of crypto-assets held in Brazil and abroad”.

Partner Gustavo Coelho attended the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) Half-Year Conference that took place from November 16 to 19, 2021 in Dubai. The conference had three main subjects for debate: (i) International Disputes 2021: Facing new challenges in dispute resolution in the post-Covid world; (ii) Managing global challenges – providing legal solutions in times of disruption; and (iii) Challenges of Employment Law in a World of Accelerated Change.
