On September 14, 2023, at 08:30h, associate Fernando Naegele will present the article co-authored with partner Gustavo Flausino Coelho entitled “Copyright and Artificial Intelligence – Challenges and Possible Regulatory Strategies” in the Coordinated Session 3 of the XV Academic Meeting on Intellectual Property, Innovation, and Development – ENAPID hosted by the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI.
In the article, Gustavo and Fernando review the current landscape of Brazilian legislation and regulation regarding the establishment of copyright for works created by Artificial Intelligence, highlighting possible strategies to address the issue of defining the authorship of these works.
